Saudi Aramco resumes oil loading at Ras Tanura Saudi Aramco has resumed oil loading at its Ras Tanura export terminal after a nearly four-month suspension, according to shipping data reported by Reuters. The report said two very large crude carriers were loading oil at the Gulf terminal, while another vessel was waiting nearby, signalling the resumption of exports from one of Saudi Arabia's key oil facilities.
