Trump says ICC has no jurisdiction over Americans The US Department of Justice said in a statement on Thursday that it sent a letter to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to tell them that the United States would not cooperate with any ICC investigations and that the court has no jurisdiction over Americans. This comes after three ICC judges launched a lawsuit against Trump over the US State Department sanctioned members involved in prosecuting Israeli nationals for war crimes in Palestine.
