Iran launches ‘Operation Nasr’ against Israeli military sites
Iran launches ‘Operation Nasr’ against Israeli military sites Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the launch of what it called “Operation Nasr”, saying its aerospace force had fired missiles at key facilities within Israel’s Nevatim and Tel Nof air bases. The operation was described as a response to Israeli strikes on Iranian radar sites in multiple locations. In a statement, the IRGC said the attack formed part of a broader retaliatory campaign and stressed that its forces remained on full operational readiness for further action. The IRGC's public relations office said the operation began on Monday morning, dedicated as a tribute to the martyrs of the 12-day war, and was carried out under the codeword "Ya Heydar Karrar." The group said all combat units were prepared for a range of possible scenarios and warned that additional operations could follow as tensions between Iran and Israel continue to escalate.
