Government: Israeli settlers uproot, damage dozens of olive trees in Nablus Israeli settlers carried out an attack on lands in the town of Beita, south of Nablus, uprooting and breaking dozens of olive trees, the Government Communication Center of the State of Palestine posted on X. Al Jazeera reported that Israel bulldozed at least 500 olive trees owned by Palestinians near Jenin in the occupied West Bank, just months before the olive harvest. At least 120,000 olive trees have been damaged, uprooted or poisoned in the occupied West Bank since 2020.
