Israeli forces carry out explosion in Lebanon's Khiam town Israeli forces have carried out a big explosion in the town of Khiam, southern Lebanon, shattering windows in several nearby towns, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported.

Despite a ceasefire, Israel has relentlessly bombed and carried out ground operations, which includes demolition of homes, in southern Lebanon.

Lebanese president Joseph Aoun visited the southern Lebanese city of Nabatieh on Saturday, near a strategic Hezbollah position that the Israeli army had blown up on Thursday, and announced that there would be no new negotiations with Israel at present.

Israeli bombardment, which Israel said destroyed a network of Hezbollah tunnels in Nabatieh, had triggered a 4.1 magnitude tremor.
