1. Nature of the service 1.1. Axelrod's Oracle is an analytics platform for second- and third-order event scenarios. Standard plans are available through self-service checkout without prior application approval. 1.2. Materials are informational and analytical. They are not individual investment recommendations, not an offer of securities, and not emergency instructions.

2. Offer and agreement 2.1. These terms constitute a public offer for standard plans. A contract is formed when the customer signs in by email, accepts these terms during checkout, and completes payment. 2.2. Custom enterprise, partnership, fund, or regulated services may require a separate agreement or NDA. Those custom processes do not restrict purchase of standard self-service plans.

3. Accounts 3.1. You must provide accurate contact details and keep credentials secure. 3.2. Registration alone does not create paid access. Access is activated after the payment provider confirms payment or a bank transfer is verified. 3.3. Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties may result in suspension.

4. Acceptable use 4.1. No scraping that degrades the service, no attempts to bypass access controls, no redistribution of paid/closed materials outside the agreed scope. 4.2. Scenario outputs are probabilistic model estimates; you remain responsible for your decisions.

5. Fees and refunds 5.1. Prices and periods are shown at https://axelrodsoracle.ru/en/pricing. The final RUB amount is displayed before payment and fixed in the T-Bank payment form or invoice. 5.2. Within the acquiring limit, payment is available by bank card or SBP on T-Bank's secure hosted form. Legal entities, sole proprietors, and orders above the limit use an invoice generated in the account. 5.3. Automatic renewal applies only after explicit recurring-payment consent. Contact support@axelrodsoracle.ru to disable renewal; current paid access remains active until period end. 5.4. Prepaid periods are non-refundable after activation except where mandatory consumer law applies or a proven technical failure attributable to the Operator prevents access.

6. Intellectual property 6.1. Site design, trademarks, methodology descriptions, and closed analytics remain the Operator’s property or licensed rights. 6.2. Limited license: use materials for your internal professional purposes within the access tier granted.

7. Disclaimer 7.1. The service is provided “as available”. Open accuracy stats (/stats, /en/stats) describe historical calibration; they do not guarantee future results. 7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses from decisions made using scenario outputs.

8. Termination 8.1. The customer may stop renewal by contacting support. The Operator may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.

9. Governing law 9.1. Russian law applies unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. 9.2. For international counterparties, governing law and venue are set in the individual agreement. Contact support before onboarding if you require a different jurisdiction.
