GCC condemns Iranian attacks in Kuwait

GCC condemns Iranian attacks in Kuwait The secretary general of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, has criticised Iran, accusing it of attacking civilian facilities in Kuwait. Albudaiwi said Iran targeted a government facility and vehicles belonging to a private company. He argued that these attacks represent "a continuation of its hostile approach to destabilising security and stability in the region". He described them as a "blatant aggression and flagrant violation of the sovereignty of the State of Kuwait" and a "direct threat to its security, stability and the safety of its citizens and residents".
