Axelrod's Oracle — Terms of Access (English) Revision: 2026-07-24 Operator: Sole proprietor Alexander Anatolyevich Burlakov (INN 503404910519)
1. Nature of the service 1.1. Axelrod's Oracle is a closed B2B / partner analytics platform for scenario (2nd–3rd order) analysis. Access is granted only after an application is reviewed and approved. 1.2. Materials are informational and analytical. They are not individual investment recommendations, not an offer of securities, and not emergency instructions.
2. Application and agreement 2.1. Submitting an access request does not create a contract. 2.2. Access terms for approved partners are set in an individual agreement / NDA where required. The public website text is not a unilateral public offer to conclude a paid subscription without approval.
3. Accounts 3.1. You must provide accurate contact details and keep credentials secure. 3.2. Sharing club access credentials with unauthorized third parties may result in suspension.
4. Acceptable use 4.1. No scraping that degrades the service, no attempts to bypass access controls, no redistribution of paid/closed materials outside the agreed scope. 4.2. Scenario outputs are probabilistic model estimates; you remain responsible for your decisions.
5. Fees and refunds 5.1. Fees, invoices, and refunds (if any) are defined in the individual agreement or account invoice (T-Bank / wire). 5.2. Unless the individual agreement says otherwise, prepaid periods for approved access are non-refundable except for proven technical failure attributable to the Operator.
6. Intellectual property 6.1. Site design, trademarks, methodology descriptions, and closed analytics remain the Operator’s property or licensed rights. 6.2. Limited license: use materials for your internal professional purposes within the access tier granted.
7. Disclaimer 7.1. The service is provided “as available”. Open accuracy stats (/stats, /en/stats) describe historical calibration; they do not guarantee future results. 7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses from decisions made using scenario outputs.
8. Termination 8.1. Either party may terminate access per the individual agreement. The Operator may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.
9. Governing law 9.1. For Russian counterparties, Russian law applies unless the individual agreement states otherwise. 9.2. For international counterparties, governing law and venue are set in the individual agreement. Contact support before onboarding if you require a different jurisdiction.
