Ukraine: Protests over Fedorov's removal continue for a second day

Protesters in Kyiv have demanded the dismissal of Ukraine's commander-in-chief, Oleksandr Syrskyi, as public anger continues to grow following President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's surprise cabinet reshuffle. The demonstrations entered a second day after the popular defence minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, was not reappointed. The 35-year-old has been widely credited with contributing to Ukraine's recent successes in its war with Russia, making his removal a source of significant public backlash.
