Spain's PM blames trafficking mafia for ongoing Ceuta migrant crisis

Spain's Pedro Sanchez criticised a sudden arrival of around 40,000 migrants from Morocco to the north African enclave Ceuta as "an attack, a violation" of Spain's national territory. The prime minister blamed the influx of immigrants on criminal networks manipulating a recent court ruling that immediate returns of migrants crossing the border illegally did not apply to those arriving by sea.
