UKMTO reports explosions heard in the southern Red Sea

UKMTO reports explosions heard in the southern Red Sea The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said on Tuesday that a tanker reported an explosion while crossing the Red Sea. It added in a post on X that the crew and vessel are safe and no environmental damage was reported. This comes after Yemen's Houthis said earlier on Tuesday that they fired ballistic missiles at a Saudi Arabian oil tanker in the Red Sea for violating their maritime blockade and ignoring warning calls.
