Zelensky says Ukraine ready to de-escalate if Russia halts strikes
Ukraine is ready to halt attacks on Russian energy infrastructure if Moscow does the same, President Volodymyr Zelensky said Monday, after US President Donald Trump announced an apparent agreement between the two sides.
Kyiv also warned that intensifying Russian strikes on Ukraine’s rail network are worsening each week.
