Ireland Says Alumina Probe Finds No Proof of Russia Weapons Link

An investigation into alumina exports from Ireland to Russia has not found conclusive evidence linking a production plant to the manufacture of weapons in Russia, Irish Prime Minister Micheal Martin said.
