Live: Deadly Russian air attack hits railway depot in Kyiv

Russian ballistic missile strikes apparently targeting energy and railway infrastructure rained down on Kyiv in the early hours of Tuesday, Ukrainian authorities said, with a strike on a railway depot killing at least seven people.
