BOE Governor Bailey on Rates, Uncertainty, Labor Market

Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey tells Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua there is "huge uncertainty" in the world at the moment, including around energy prices. He also discusses the Monetary Policy Committee's decision to hold interest rates at 3.75% in July and the labor market. "I think we are seeing softness in the labor market," Bailey says.
