DR Congo Ebola deaths rise to 321 as confirmed cases surpass 1,200

The Democratic Republic of the Congo has recorded 1,203 confirmed Ebola cases and 321 deaths since the outbreak was declared in May, as health authorities warn that insecurity, community resistance and funding shortages continue to hamper efforts to contain the virus.
