Supreme Court will allow appeal hearing over Palestine Action ban

Supreme Court will allow appeal hearing over Palestine Action ban The co-founder of Palestine Action has been granted permission to challenge the Home Office's decision to ban the direct action group as a terrorist organisation. The UK proscribed the group in July 2025 and since then its co-founder Huda Ammori has fought to overturn the decision. In June, the Court of Appeal quashed a High Court ruling which found the ban to be unlawful.
