Fed’s Paulson Keeping an ‘Open Mind’ on Interest Rates

Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia President Anna Paulson said she will keep an open mind about the path for interest rates, writing in an essay on Tuesday that she is focusing on the trends of underlying inflation.
