Bassiri Tabrizi: Both Iran & US Will Claim MOU as a Win

Oil declined after President Donald Trump insisted a deal with Iran was close. Trump once again pulled back on a threat of more military strikes on the Islamic Republic.

However Iran has not confirmed that a deal has been made.
