Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov says that Putin has ordered a three-day pause in strikes on Kyiv ahead of a planned visit by US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, although Russian forces earlier prevented Ukraine's own proposed ceasefire from taking effect.
