What we staff
On-call analyst for contracted names. Emergency briefing target (hours, not seconds). Custom cascade under a written request. Quarterly tabletop if scoped.
What we do not claim
No public 24/7 phone for Analyst / Pro. No guarantee that a war-room call prevents a drawdown. No invented saved P&L.
